Dr Raleng passed his MBBS from RIMS, Imphal and General Surgery from PGIMS, Haryana. After which he worked in mission hospitals and at Eden Medical Center, which is the first cancer hospital in Nagaland. He underwent Post-Doctoral fellowship in Surgical Oncology from Tata Medical Center, Kolkata, after which he joined Health City Hospital as a Senior Consultant in Surgical Oncology. At present he is a visiting consultant at Health City Hospital, Satribari Christian Hospital and other hospitals. He is well trained in minimal invasive surgeries, both for benign and malignant cases.
